As nervous and anxious newcomers to property investment, Your Property People made it an enjoyable and easy experience for Greg and I. We invested in a YPP home in the Hunter Valley of NSW, with Craig and his team with us every step of the way, through the finance, sourcing the project, the build and finding a property management firm for us. The process exceeded all expectations, and I will never forget the emotions we felt when we were handed the keys for the first time and could do a walk-through of our brand-new property. Greg and I were actually a little disappointed that we were not moving in!.

The quality of the build was exceptional, and it was a great experience to choose colours and finishes and to then see the finished product. Greg and I are in our early forties now, on average wages and with two children. We wanted to find a way to pay off our own home quicker and actively prepare for our retirement and financial future. We’d love to semi-retire early and travel around Australia, but we can only do this if we pay our home off. We are 3 years into our 10-year plan and are extremely happy with the results. We thank YPP wholeheartedly for the time and effort that Craig and his team spent assisting us with our first investment property. At every stage they were honest, open and genuine in their desire to ensure that we were successful with our investment. We recommend Your Property People to anyone who is thinking about investing for the first time (or the second, third or fourth for that matter!).
